GoGroomer proudly stocks all ranges from Dermcare Pet Shampoo, an Australian-owned and manufactured shampoo of very high quality. Dermcare medicated skin care products are formulated to specifically help with skin conditions; and are the vet-chosen products for superior pet health care. Their oatmeal Shampoo and conditioner are definitely one of our favourites for their outstanding performance.
Brushes & Combs
Cheap combs and brushes may not help but damage your pet's skin and coat, especially during the de-matting processes. To ensure that your pet has the best grooming experience, we choose brushes and combs from premium brands, such as, Utsumi, Kenchii, and Les Pooches., that specialise in show rings, All of our brushes and combs are of the highest quality, so you can trust that your pet is in good hands.

High Velocity Dryer
High Velocity dryers have a crucial role in drying pets quickly and efficiently after a bath. However, the process can be stressful for cats and dogs, as the motor of a dryer can be unbearably loud for them. That's why we use Happy Hoodie, an innovative product that covers your pet's ears and helps protect them from the loud noise. We are also professionally trained to shorten the process and make it as stress-free as possible.
Vacuuming System
We take cleanliness very seriously. Our chief artist is a clean freak and won't leave your place until the mess is completely cleaned up after the grooming. We bring a vacuum with us every time we visit our clients to ensure that their home is clean and free of pet hair. After we finish the grooming, we take the time to vacuum up any pet hair or lingering mess that may have been created. This way, you won't have to worry about a mess left behind after we go.
Tools for Safety
GoGroomer fully embrace the idea that your animal need to be comfortable and safe while receiving its grooming services, which is why we use a lot of tools to help keep them in place. From detachable arms to securely attach to the edge of your table, grooming loops to keep them safe while standing on the grooming surface, to supreme quality soft mats (PawMat is the brand we trust) mainly used in competition rings – we make sure your pet is comfortable and safe while we groom them.
Perfume & Cologne
Perfume and cologne are all about personal preferences. That is why we have chosen a few different brands to come to satisfy your taste, all with 100% natural ingredients and perfectly safe to use on both cats and dogs. Pick up your favourite scent while filling out the booking form and your animal will smell like heaven! Sure, you can also choose not to use cologne at all.
Ear & Teeth cleaning
EpiOtic® ear cleaner for dogs and cats is our chosen product to keep your animal's ears bacteria and yeast free. It contains actives which deal with a number of problems associated with ear complaints. These actives are anti-bacterial, keratin modifying, cerumenolytic, anti-pruritic and moisturising.
Prozym Rf2 Dental Solution is our chief Artist's favourite teeth paste to brush the teeth of her own animals. It is a palatable and refreshing solution that fights against plaque, dental tartar, and bad breath in pets. RF2 contains an effective anti-biofilm ingredient to reduce all forms of dental disease in cats and dogs.

Stress Management
Gogroomer employs a variety of techniques to ensure that pet grooming is a comfortable and stress-free experience for our furry clients. We use calming techniques such as playing soft, piano music to help create a relaxed atmosphere. We also use human degree treats and safe toys to counter condition and desensitize them to the grooming process. We progress slowly and patiently, as we understand that the experience can be intimidating to some animals. If your pet comes to our studio, we allow them to observe and explore before the grooming session begins. This helps them to become familiar with the environment and to build trust with their groomer.

Camera System
Gogroomer is equipped with top-of-the-line cameras to ensure the safety of all the animal clients in our care. We use these cameras to monitor the whole grooming process and ensure service excellence. If your pet’s grooming is conducted in our studio, we will happily send you video clips to keep you updated on the session. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing that your furball is in safe hands. Video records also help us monitor individual clients' mental and behavioural progress in the long run, and share some of their entertaining moments with the family. Our brand is progressively developing its social platform to make your fluff ball the superstar of our show! Of course, we will seek your permission to post any photos or video clips of your furry friend(s). We employ Nikon digital cameras and GoPro Video Cameras.

Even with tons of experience under our belt, we never stop improving and striving for excellence. Our Chief Artist is actively engaging in grooming competitions to stay ahead of the trends. Grooming is never just using a clipper and a comb, but rather a massive skill that requires years of hard work and commitment.
